Technician Dispatched or Arrived On-Site: Once a technician has been dispatched or has arrived at the service location, a $95 cancellation fee will apply if the customer cancels the job for any reason after dispatch. 2. Wrong Tire Size or Missing Equipment: If our technician arrives and is unable to complete service due to: • The wrong tire size being provided by the customer, or • Missing parts, tools, or equipment required to perform the job, the customer will be charged the full service amount since time and travel have already been incurred. If a tire was purchased and the service could not be performed, the customer may receive a refund for the tire cost only, unless they choose to keep it. 3.
