Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Charges: Cancellation before Service Appointment: If you need to cancel your service appointment, we kindly request that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation charge of $55. No Show or Customer Unavailability: In the event that our technician arrives at the scheduled time and location, but the customer is not present or unreachable, a charge of $75 will be applied. Missing Parts or Tools: If our technician arrives for the scheduled service appointment and finds that essential parts or tools are missing to complete the service, a charge of $75 will be applied. Please provide your name, appointment details, and reason for cancellation. Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation. Refund Policy: Cancellation charges are non-refundable.
